Acceptable Use Policy | Doodle AI

Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to every prompt, upload, generated output, API request, and account on Doodle AI. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

Prohibited Content and Activity

You may not use Doodle AI to create, upload, request, distribute, or promote:

• NSFW, pornographic, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, or fetish content.
• Sexual content involving minors, or any attempt to sexualize a person who may be a minor.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual deepfakes, face swaps used for abuse, or content that exploits a real person’s likeness.
• Illegal activity, credible threats, instructions for serious harm, terrorism, human exploitation, or regulated goods offered unlawfully.
• Hateful, harassing, bullying, or dehumanizing content targeting a person or protected group.
• Content that infringes copyright, trademarks, privacy, publicity, or other third-party rights.
• Fraud, impersonation, phishing, malware, spam, payment abuse, or attempts to evade our safety, rate-limit, authentication, or billing controls.

Do not upload reference images unless you have the rights and permissions needed to use them.

Prompt Screening

Image-generation prompts are screened before credits are charged or a generation task is created. A prompt may be blocked when automated moderation returns flag or deny, or when the moderation service is unavailable or returns an invalid result. Do not attempt to bypass, obfuscate, or repeatedly probe these controls.

Enforcement

We may block a request, remove content, limit features, suspend or terminate an account, preserve evidence, or report conduct when required by law. Enforcement may consider the content, context, severity, frequency, and risk to other people or the platform.

Reporting and Appeals

Report suspected violations or request review of an enforcement decision at hello@doodleai.net. Include enough information for us to locate the relevant account or generation without sending sensitive material unnecessarily.
