Dec 4, 2025

Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Doodle AI, including the website, AI doodle generator, admin dashboard, APIs, and any related content or services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Doodle AI.

Use of the Service

Doodle AI offers tools to create sketch-style images, manage prompts, track credits, and export assets for slides, stickers, lesson plans, and workshops. You agree to:

  • Use generated outputs responsibly and respect intellectual property, privacy, and applicable regulations.
  • Comply with all laws (copyright, publicity, export controls, education policies).
  • Respect rate limits, credit allocations, and additional policies that we publish.

We may update or discontinue features at any time.

User Accounts and Security

  1. Registration – Provide accurate information and keep it current. Email verification may be required.
  2. Credentials – You are responsible for safeguarding passwords, API keys, and session tokens.
  3. Notifications – Inform us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access or misuse.

Ownership and Licenses

  • Doodle AI retains all intellectual property rights in the platform, models, branding, documentation, and underlying code.
  • You retain rights to the prompts, uploads, and outputs you create, subject to legal restrictions.
  • By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to host, process, and display it for the purpose of operating the Service. You can delete content at any time through the dashboard.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Upload or generate content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, or violates third-party rights.
  • Reverse engineer, scrape at scale, or access non-public APIs.
  • Share accounts or resell credits without written permission.
  • Attempt to disrupt security controls, rate limits, billing mechanisms, or infrastructure.
  • Misrepresent outputs as human-made when laws or policies require disclosure.

We reserve the right to suspend or remove content or accounts that violate these rules.

Credits, Pricing, and Payments

  • Credits are prepaid units that allow you to run jobs. Expiration and allowances follow the plan shown at checkout.
  • Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
  • Taxes or duties may apply based on your billing address.
  • Payments are handled by third-party processors (Stripe, PayPal, Lemon Squeezy, etc.); you must comply with their terms.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use data. By using the Service you agree to that policy. If you embed Doodle AI features in your own applications you are responsible for obtaining consent from your users and complying with privacy laws.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees, or create risk to the platform. You may stop using the Service or delete your account at any time. Upon termination we will disable access but may retain records required for legal, billing, or auditing purposes.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Outputs may not always be accurate, original, or suitable for production use.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Doodle AI, its affiliates, and team members are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits or data. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the six months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Doodle AI, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco County, California, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property infringement or misuse of the Service.

We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version on this page. Material changes will be communicated through email or in-app notice. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
